Fernanda Ly : Pink hair and the lone eyes

When I first saw Fernanda Ly I immediately fell in love. She’s that type of model who fits both Europe and Asia. I guess the Western world loves her because of her unusual hair and very quirky mood.  In front of the camera you can see a variety of her personalities: from the lone eyes to funky crazy smile. It’s captivating and intriguing.

On the other side, Asian market got used to that craziness and hair experiments. When I first saw Fernanda at the Louis Vuitton’s show, I thought she’s Japanese. Her style reflects their culture in so many ways. But it doesn’t matter where she’s originally from as long as she is really breath of fresh air in fashion industry.

Rila Fukushima

Rila Fukushima (  福島 リラ ) is Japanese fashion model and actress with unique unforgettable face. 
Rila was born in Kyushu, in the South of Japan, but grew up in Tokyo. She was always interested in fashion and magazines. She once applied for a job in model agency as a booker, but was signed in and became a model instead.

Luma Grothe. Model. Inspiration

Brazilian beauty Luma Grothe was born in Joinville. She was discovered after a friend convinced her to enter local model contest. She didn't win it, but soon moved to Sao Paolo and got signer with the agency.
Luma Grothe  has an incredible features, she can both look glamorous and childish with her light blue eyes, pale skin and sensual lips. I'm sure we will be seeing her very often both on runway and in magazines.

Mona Matsuoka. Model. New Face. Inspiration

Mona Matsuoka is half Japanese, half American model from Japan. Signed with Bon Image Corp. Model Agency and being only 15 years old, Mona's already been on the covers of many magazines, has been chosen as model of the week on models.com. Mona Matsuoka also walked Prada Spring/Summer 2012 show in Japan,Fall 2012 collections of Hermès, ICB, and Nina Ricci in Japan and Anteprima S/S 2014 in Milan.
Mona's face is fresh, exotic and classic at the same time.

Yasmin Le Bon. Model. Inspiration

Yesterday, while I was looking at different fashion shoots from 90s, I've noticed that 29th October is a Birthday of model Yasmin Le Bon. I love shoots with her, she has a great,very captivating look. So, I've decided to write a short article about her and share with you some of my favorite photos.

Chiharu Okunugi is a new "runway princess" from Japan. Called one of the new breakout faces of the season by models.com and listed in Top 10 Newcomers, Chiharu made a big step to successful career in fashion world.
With her elegant,fragile and intelligent look, Chiharu Okunugi has already impressed casting directors and designers of Altuzarra, Marc Jacobs, Prabal Gurung, Rodarte, Reed Krakoff, Preen, Fendi and Prada. Can't wait to see her in other shows!

Jacob Scott. Model. New Face. Inspiration.

I instantly fell in love with this new face! A 18 years old Jacob Scott is native of Middlesbrough, England of German and Irish descent. He has recently dyed his hair to blond and looks so fresh and totally different from his look with the dark hair.

Jacob Scott was scouted in a mall in Houston, Texas and now he's signed with New York Model Management. With his incredible bone structure and freckles he already did a Calvin Klein exclusive in Milan and I'm sure he has a bright future in fashion industry.

Andreea Diaconu. Fashion model. Inspiration

Andreea Diaconu is a Romanian fashion model, born on March 28th in 1991 year in Bucharest. Her successful modeling career started in 2006, when she first time walked for D&G Spring-Summer collection. Later, in 2007, Andreea has been a part of 3.1 Phillip Lim, Christopher Kane, Karen Walker, Erdem, Josh Goot, Lela Rose,Peter Jensen and other famous fashion designers' shows.

She's been on the covers of numerous fashion magazines and you keep seeing her on fashion weeks every season.

I like Andreea Diaconu's personal style. It seems like she likes really comfortable and simple clothes, she always look so natural in her daily life. You'll never see her wearing a lot of make-up and of course, she doesn't need it at all, because she's a real beauty.

Andreea Diaconu's type of look is perfect for both runway shows and commercial work. Her bone structure is incredible and she can be both beauty of Victorian age style and modern young woman. She looks so natural being young teenager or an elegant woman wearing Haute Couture clothes.

Lets wish Andreea even more success in her career! Can't wait to see her on runway this season.

Pawel Gralevitz. Model. New Face. Inspiration.

Pawel Gralevitz is a guy from another planet. With his a bit androgynous look, I'm sure people can't take their eyes over him. His look is so captivating and magical. The bone structure of Pawel Gralevitz's face is incredible and his alien eyes are perfect for camera. As a photographer, I must say that he'll fit almost every idea of a shoot from classic ones to provocative.

Being elegant and edsy, Pavel joined D’Vision Models Warsaw in 2012 year and since then has been working as a model. He describes himself as a simple man with simple tastes: oat milk, skateboarding, good movies, music, and uncomplicated relationships - that's what he prefers.

Pavel walked exclusively for Lanvin and shot the Xander Zhou campaign. It seems like his career is going to be very successful really soon! He combines his modeling career and university studying. Let's hope we'll see more of Pawel's appearances really soon!

Sarah Eller. Model. New Face. Inspiration.

Sarah Eller has been working as a model for the past two years. She was discovered in beauty contest in Tel Aviv, Israel.

She has a really strong look with her captivating eyes and perfect eyebrows. She has a lot of potential to become one of the most recognizable models for sure. Sarah has a perfect body for swimwear and I think she would look great in many commercials. Currently she's signed with Select Model Management and spending her summer in London and Paris.

Next step for her is New York and I hope we'll see more of Sarah's work really soon.

Bambi Northwood Blyth. Fashion model. Inspiration

I'm currently obsessed with the eyebrows and one of my biggest inspirations recently has been fashion model Bambi.

Bambi Northwood-Blyth (her real name is Stephanie Bambi Northwood Blyth) is an Australian model. She was born in Melbourne in 1991.Her modeling career started in early 2010 when she was signed with Priscillas Model Management in Sydney.

She has quickly become one of the "it-girls" because of her sence of style. She's being often published in various street style magazines, has a fan pages on facebook and tumblr. Bambi usually combines designer's clothes with some unknown or vintage brands and creating a perfect unique street looks. If you'll check out her instargam, you'll see numerous photos of her and her husband having great time on various parties, travelling and, of course, wearing super cool clothes.

Bambi's modeling career is more than successful. It's not surprising at all, because she's amazing! And even with her not really perfect height (she's only 5'7") she has been successfully working with such agencies as Elite, Ford, been on the cover of Vogue, Harper s Bazaar ,V magazine, Marie Claire and many others, has participated in numerous fashion shows.
One more interesting fact: Bambi has a tattoo of a deer on the inside of her wrist.

Karmay Ngai. Model. New Face. Inspiration.

Born in USA, of Hong Kong Chinese descent, Karmay Ngai is signed with Esee Models. She has been modeling for more than a year and has already been shot for the China and Hong Kong editions of Harper’s Bazaar, been a part of several fashion shows.

Karmay describes herself as Creative, Determined and Open-minded. She loves Anna Sui and BCBG, her favourite garment of the moment is gold skirt by BCBG. But Karmay also loves local designers from Shanghai and their small shops.

She used to live in Shanghai and Hong Kong, currently she's in New York with Wilhelmina Model Management and I hope we'll see her even more often next year.

I adore people with red hair and freckles and when it comes to red haired models, I'm simply speechless! They always look so unique,fresh and create a special playful mood in high fashio shoots. Red haired people can be mysterious and so expressive... So, look at this handsome guy from Hungary!

Bence Farkas is a new face of Bananas Paris, Why Not Model Management Milan, Select Model Management London, Sight Management Studio Barcelona and IZAIO Management Berlin. He was discovered on the street of Budapest and signed by Icon Model management.

He's already been working in Paris for some time and I'm sure he's going to have a great career! I love his "architectural" bone structure and athletic body. I'm sure he will look great both on the runway and in various commercial shoots. So, let's wait for more photos of Ben and wish him good luck on upcoming shows!

Kelly Gale is an exceptional beauty from Göteborg, Sweden. Scouted in the cafe in her hometown in 2008, only 13 years old then, she immediately took attention among international agencies.

Yes, she's not a typical looking Swede, Kelly's heritage is very interesting: her mother is Indian and her father is Australian and she looks exceptional! If I could imagine a modern - looking Pocahontas, it would be Kelly!

Stunning Jade Tenholder has recently been published on models.com where I discovered her.
The exotic beauty from Canada is former fashion student and has been scouted twice before joining Next Model Management Toronto.

Jade's look reminds me a calm beauty and mystery of Cherokee mixed with fresh modern shades of tomboy type of girl. On the photos she can easily be the girl next door or elegant lady of high society, looking bold and sexy. I prefer her test shoots where you can see her natural shining beauty, freshness and healthy look.
She also can be a contemporary version of Paul Gauguin's Tahitian girl surrounded by bright, psychedelic, but gentle colors of palms, tropical flowers and blue shades of sea.
